Durante el congreso, Camila Jencquel, estudiante de la Carrera de Bioqu\u00edmica de la Universidad de Buenos Aires, present\u00f3 su p\u00f3ster titulado \u201c<em>Soluble TNF\u03b1 blockade enhances trastuzumab-deruxtecan antitumor effect in HER2-positive breast cancer<\/em>\u201d, trabajo realizado junto a Sof\u00eda Bruni, Agustina Dupont, Florencia Luciana Mauro, Roxana Schillaci y Mar\u00eda Florencia Mercogliano.<\/p>\n<p>El estudio evalu\u00f3 el impacto del bloqueo del TNF\u03b1 soluble sobre la respuesta al anticuerpo conjugado trastuzumab-deruxtecan (T-DXd) en modelos precl\u00ednicos de c\u00e1ncer de mama HER2+. Los resultados mostraron que la combinaci\u00f3n del bloqueo de TNF\u03b1 soluble con T-DXd potencia el efecto antitumoral y podr\u00eda permitir reducir la dosis del tratamiento sin comprometer su eficacia.
