Management and Administration
The FOUNDATION is managed and administered by a 6-member Board of Directors.
- 3(three) Permanent Members – life memberships
- 3(three) Temporary Members – renewed every two years – and can be re-elected indefinitely.
The Permanent Members reserve the right to appoint temporary members upon expiry of their term of office or early vacancies, as well as the appointment of future permanent members in the event of a permanent vacancy. For the purpose of their appointment, temporary members shall be selected from among the researchers of the Institute of Biology and Experimental Medicine who have five (5) years of seniority, have carried out scientific research work, are in a position to plan their research autonomously and have demonstrated their ability to train human resources. To this end, the Permanent Members may request the opinion of the scientific staff of the Institute of Biology and Experimental Medicine, which shall be non-binding. The positions of all Members are ad honorem.
