IBYME is dedicated to both basic and applied research, as well as providing rigorous training for students, doctoral candidates, and postdoctoral fellows. We are passionate about our work and strive for excellence in everything we do. We hold seminars and courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels to ensure constant updating, interaction, and collaboration among those working in different research areas.
Historically the main discoveries were in the field of Physiology and Endocrinology; nowadays our areas of expertise include Cellular and Molecular Biology, Endocrinology, Immunology, Neurosciences and Behavior, Oncology y Reproduction.
